We started this because we kept seeing the same problems go unfixed.

After years working in and around growing SMEs, the same patterns kept appearing. Businesses with good people, real effort and genuine ambition — struggling to perform the way they should.

The problem was rarely the people. It was almost always what sat underneath — unclear leadership, weak accountability and a culture that had quietly drifted.

Most businesses were fixing the symptoms. Nobody was fixing the cause.
