How long does the Clarity Accelerator™ take?

A minimum of 90 days — and sometimes longer, depending on what we find. We won’t put an arbitrary end date on it.

Real change takes time. The businesses that get the best results are the ones who understand that lasting improvement isn’t a sprint. We stay until the new behaviours are embedded — not just agreed to.
How much does it cost?

We don’t publish fixed prices because every business is different — the size, the complexity and what needs to change all affect the investment.

What we will say is this: the cost of not fixing it is almost always higher. High turnover, underperformance, poor decisions and weak accountability all have a very real price tag. What if it doesn’t work?

It’s a fair question — and one we take seriously. Our approach is grounded in organisational psychology and behavioural science, which means we’re not guessing. We diagnose first, then act.

That said, change only works if the business is genuinely committed to it. We’re not magicians — we’re partners. The businesses that get results are the ones that engage honestly with the process. If we don’t think we can help, we’ll tell you before we start.
We’ve tried consultants before and it didn’t work. Why would this be different?

Most consultants diagnose, recommend and leave. You get a report, a handshake and a bill. Then six months later the same problems are back.

We stay until it sticks. We work alongside your leadership, embed the changes and don’t disappear when it gets uncomfortable. We’re also not interested in telling you what you want to hear — we’ll tell you what’s actually going on. That’s the difference.
Are we the right size business for this?

We work exclusively with SMEs — typically businesses with between 5 and 100 people. You don’t need to be a certain size to have a clarity problem.

If you have people, you have culture. If you have managers, you have a management challenge. And if you’re the one holding everything together — that’s a leadership structure issue. All of that is fixable, regardless of how big or small you are.
How quickly will we see results?

Most businesses notice a shift within the first few weeks — clearer conversations, decisions being made at the right level, less friction day to day.

But the deeper results take longer. Culture doesn’t change overnight. Accountability takes time to embed. We’d rather set honest expectations than promise quick wins that don’t last.
